By accessing and using Travel96, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

Travel96 provides online train ticket booking services for Indian Railways. We act as an intermediary between users and Indian Railways for facilitating ticket bookings, PNR status checks, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to seat availability. Cancellation charges are applied as per Indian Railways rules. Refunds for cancelled tickets are processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All fares are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). A convenience fee may be applied to bookings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Travel96 is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by Indian Railways. We provide information "as is" and do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, create fake accounts, engage in unauthorized automated access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
